Olia Wall is Eclipse Gaming’s Legal Counsel and head of regulatory compliance. In this role, she oversees Eclipse’s internal legal department, including strategy and execution for contracts, policies, intellectual property, and employee relations. She oversees all licensing and has responsibility for ensuring that business practices, policies, and transactions fully comply with governmental and tribal regulatory requirements for all jurisdictions where the Company operates.
Wall comes to Eclipse Gaming after serving in other regulated industries with oversight for licensing and project management. Before that, Wall worked at two law firms in Colorado and served the judicial system with the Atlantic County Courts.
Wall earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Boston College and then a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is licensed by the State Bar of Georgia and the Louisiana Bar Association. In addition, Wall is a member of the American Bar Association, where she won the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) fellowship for 2022-2023. She is also an active member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and the National Association of Women Lawyers.
