Eclipse Gaming Systems is pleased to announce an exclusive Show Special in conjunction with the 2024 IGA Tradeshow. As a current or future partner, you are eligible to take advantage of this offer.

Upon signed contract and scheduled installation of a minimum of 6 new Eclipse Class 2 units with a 6-month commitment, we are waiving the lease fee for the first 30-day period. After the initial period, normal lease rates apply. There is no maximum limit on the number of units ordered if the minimum requirement of 6 new units is met.

To be eligible for this promotion, contracts must be signed during the promotional period occurring between March 25^th, 2024, and April 30^th, 2024. All units must be placed on the floor by Q3 (starting July 1, 2024).

Show Special Criteria
– Current and future Class 2 partners eligible
– Minimum 6 new units with 6-month contract commitment required
– Waived lease fees for the first 30 days, normal lease rates apply after as set forth in the corresponding lease agreement
– No maximum limit on number of units
– Promotional period to take place from March 25^th, 2024, to April 30^th, 2024
– All units must be placed on floor by Q3
– Contract must be signed and scheduling of installation must be completed during promotional period to be eligible

Terms and Conditions
One month waived lease fee promotion will only apply to orders placed during the period beginning March 25, 2024, and ending April 30, 2024. Order must include a minimum of six (6) new units and a term commitment of at least six (6) months after installation of the units. Peripheral accessories and marketing materials are not included in this promotion. Existing Eclipse customers must maintain the total number of Eclipse machines in their property as existed at the date which they activated this promotion throughout the six-month commitment. Upon communicating written interest in claiming this promotion, Eclipse representatives will coordinate with Customer to finalize a master lease agreement and lease order as applicable and arrange for shipment of the products to Customer. Customer shall pay server fee costs and all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the lease order. Eclipse reserves the right to change or modify installation timelines based upon scheduling and product availability. Any such changes will be communicated in writing to Customer within a reasonable time. Customer must comply with all terms and conditions of the specific lease order and master lease agreement for any product or service obtained through this promotion including but not limited to, all confidentiality obligations, regulatory requirements, and restrictions on use, modifying, sublicensing, and transfer of those licensed products and services. All matters arising out of or relating to these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of Georgia. The failure by Eclipse to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Eclipse.
