Quality Assurance Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

Eclipse Gaming Systems is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to uphold and implement quality assurance and proper functionality of all Eclipse Gaming systems, games and products.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Perform game and client testing and should have proficiency with protocol testing
  • Update test case requirements, set-up simulator tools for SAS testing
  • Automation Testing: Experience in scripting to create automation test scripts for load testing
  • Perform game testing and validate regression test cases against each release to follow game regulations – update test case requirements for new products and improve test case coverage
  • Peripheral and hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in software quality testing, gaming hardware, software application and assurance in casino gaming environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or education/training equivalent of a 4-year college program
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance

 Qualifications That Set You Apart

  • Experience in testing SAS (Slot accounting system) protocol preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, especially in the use of linking and formulas to dynamically calculate probabilities and describe complicated probabilistic events
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), especially the ability to communicate complicated mathematical concepts to people without a background in mathematics
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with a diversity of professional people
